NOTE:  Henry is 18^th great grandfather of Frances Pomeroy and a grandson of HENRY I, King of England through his mother Rohesia, daughter of HENRY and his favorite concubine, Sybella de Corbet. The Pomeroy family lived from Henry's time for 10 more generations (500 years) in their home at Berry Pomeroy, Devonshire, managing a large estate awarded by William the Conqueror to Henry's great grandfather Ralf de La Pomerai, who fought as a knight with William at the battle of Hastings, in 1066.
